1. Booking & Payment Bookings are confirmed only after you receive our email confirmation .
Payment must be made before the service date unless agreed otherwise .
2. Cancellations
24+ hours before pickup No charge .
Less than 24 hours 50% fee .
12 hours or less / No-show: Full fare charged
3. Privacy Your details are kept confidential and used only for booking communication.
4. Luggage
Standard suitcase size 23kg• Oversized or extra luggage must be declared when booking . Undeclared luggage may result in refusal of service
5. Passenger Conduct
No smoking, alcohol, or unsafe behavior in vehicles .
Chauffeurs may refuse service if safety is at risk.
6. Damage Cleaning or repair fees apply for any damage/soiling caused by passengers.

Standard pickups: 15 min free• Airport Domestic: 30 min free•
Airport International: 60 min freeExtra waiting time is charged per minute.
8. Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or flight issues .
